Cold Cutter

We manufacture, export and supply Cold Cutter to our customers in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China.
This machine is designed absorbing the world advanced technique, and takes the high technical level in the round and square pipe products cutting; it can reach high precision even within +1mm and the pipe ends is smooth with no burr, whether used in carbon or stainless steel products; the transmission system adopts.
1) In the cold cutting process, very little heat generate, which can avoid the cutting part stress and structure changing; and the saw blade has little pressure to the pipe, and will not result in the pipe end deformation and inner stress changing.
2)Accuracy with A 1mm, no need to cut a second time and make the end facing and chamfering process, end with no or very little burr, saving procedure and material;
3)Synchro drive, saw blade rotating drive and cutting forwarding power with servo motor and control system, cutting car moving rail with imported linear rail, central lubrication;
NC control module and optimized software will guarantee the automatic cutting, touch screen operation, input the pipe size specification, the software will automatically calculate the cutting conditions, which is also convenient to change and optimize;
4)We can input the parameters on the touch screen, simple and direct, the screen will show all the running data; every shift will make the normal lubrication and clearance and no need for other maintenance;
