Our offered Cobb Tester consists of a ring shaped shallow brass reservoir of a specified cross sectional area fitted on a swinging plate, a steel back up plate lined with a sheet of rubber, and a clamping bar to clamp the back up plate on the specimen placed over the reservoir. The swinging plate is pivoted on two bolts to enable it to be swung over for adding water to the brass reservoir and is held over a flat metallic base.
