Key Features
Thermocoat Coating System is a zirconia rich coating system which is extremely resistant to abrasions, alkalis, sulphur, slag etc. It can be easily applied on any refractory surface with brush to enhance the life of the refractory lining. Zirconia mineral has the excellent non-wetting and anti-corrosive property with resistance to most of the chemical attacks. The coating hardens within a few hours and does not require any curing or heat treatment making it more user-friendly.
Mix quantity that can be used within 30 minutes. Never try to remix once the material sets.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
To enhance life of new & eroded refractory working surface i.e. bricks & castable.
As solid coating protector against CORROSION, EROSION, ABRASION, ALKALI, SLAG, SULPHUR & THERMAL / MECHANICAL SPALLING.
The only coating which can be applied over ceramic fiber, calcium silicate blocks, insulating bricks and low alumina bricks to make them extremely abrasive resistant.
As a cost effective coating protector against Sand Blasting effects of coal fuel, fuel gases and high velocity fine material or gases.
