Coal-fired Boilers

Our Coal-fired Boilers in SZL series are Double Drum Longitudinal Water Tube Boilers. Boilers are assembled by upper and lower parts. At present, we produce 6a 8a 10a 15a 20t/h Shop-assembled Water Tube Steam Boiler.
Product Featuresi
1. Boiler is laid out in A shape, which occupied less areas;
2. Under-part supporting mode sets little limit on upper expansion;
3. Furnace Waterwall use dense calandria structure to reduce the mount of refractory and repairing work;
4. To shape a good appearance, guard plate that is concave convex pressed is used in outer layer;
5. Use assembled structure to shorten installation period;
6. Use high thermal resistance & insulation materials;
7. Independent economizer can efficiently control the exhaust gas temperature to enhance thermal efficiency.
