CNC Table Style Cutting Machine
This cutting machine is high speed high accuracy plasma cutting machine which features compact modular construction for easy and fast installation. Fume extraction table is integrated to satisfy environmental requirements. Positive bilateral longitudinal drives and precise machine guiding profiles provide high cutting accuracy and contouring precision.
- Longitudinal and transverse energy feed drag-chains, hose/ cable clean and move smooth.
- Direct rack and pinion or Ball screw in both axes for accurate and repeatable motion.
- Plasma Torch height sensing system with rapid initial height sensing.
- High torque Servo motors of Panasonic, Schnider or Delta brand with brake system & Gear box.
- An Adtech or Hypertherm controller screen allows entering the program directly on the system or transfer files through USB.
- Effective width available in 1.5 & 2.0 Meter in standard size. Effective Length available from 3 Meter 5 Meter.
- MTC, Sigmanest or Radan variety of software available for programming.
- Rapid Speed 0mm 12000mm, Cutting speed 0mm -6000mm.
- Maximum two torch stations available as per customer requirement.
- Hiwin or PMI make LM Guides for X & Y axis movement for smooth & precision driving.
- Suitable for Thin sheet Plasma cutting application.
- Plasma cutting thickness up to 20mm.
Mainly use for sheet-metal cutting thickness (0.9mm-19.00mm), It can achieve high accuracy and high speed cutting. Under a certain condition it can replace laser cutting machine, yet the investment cost will be 1/8 0r 1/10 of laser cutting machine, Its quite popular during customers. When the machine cuts plate, the distance between cutting torch and steel plate keeps fixed by ARC Voltage controler which greatly improved the cutting quality.
