The machine can manufacture various compression springs, oil seal springs, battery springs, taper springs, double-taper springs, safe springs, clip springs as well as various simple wire molding.The upper and lower blocks are driven by two motors independently for controlling the space and cutting tool.


1.GH-CNC428 machine is a four-axis cnc compression spring machine consisting of wire feeding axis,outside diameter axis, space axis and cutting tool axis. The four axes can work independently or synchronously.

2. The two axes can be exchanged.
The space can be adjusted by two methods easily: cam inclined knife and shaft pushing.
3. The spring outside diameter can be adjusted by means of the program and the outside diameter axes is working independently.
4. The machine can manufacture the compression springs of any shape without adjusting the mechanical parts amd absolutely avoid changing the cam plate.
