Roll Forming Machine --Equipped with auto program setting facility, this machine is used for decoupling of PCGI or PPGI coils. It is also useful for producing panel ray with maximum 1220 mm and minimum 385 mm width levels.

Amada Brake Press --This NC controlled semi automatic machine us useful for bending of metal sheets of various thickness levels.

Amada Punch Press --This fully automatic machine is equipped with30 turret punch stations. It allows its user to load programs through SD card by utilizing AP-100 software. It is effective in punching 0.5 mm to 6 mm sheet.

PUF Machine --This high pressure equipment is used for filling blending of Polyol and Isocynate in a specific ratio in to hollow panel. It can fill up to 0.8 kg o mixture per second.

Powder Coating Line This automatically operated machine is equipped with 2 guns on both of its sides, conveyor with gas fired oven that are used for applying powder coating materials. This machine is designed with components like powder coating booth, pre heating zone, oven and cleaning zone. The conveyor of this machine is useful for trouble free movement of an object.

Pre Insulated Panel Machine This continuous panel machine uses thermocol, rockwool and puf slab as its insulation materials. The line speed of its two component bonding adhesive system can be adjusted as per its operator's convenience. Its two panels are connected by tongue and groove of its panel. Besides these, this machine is equipped with a built in heating system.
