We have an excellent quality Classical V-Belts. When V-belts first appeared most applications were for large industrial drives typically requiring 10 to 15 belts between a single pair of shafts. Thus belts for these industrial drives became known as "multiple" belts and today they are referred to as "classical multiple" or "heavy-duty conventional" belts. V-belts and sheaves have been standardized with letter designations running from A through E. These standard sizes are recognized worldwide.

Conventional V-belts are "SET FREE"; "SET FREE" means no matched set is necessary. All specific sizes of conventional V-belts are manufactured with minimum length tolerance results in being able to use as matched set.
* SUPER LOAD CAPACITY :
V-belts are built with high strength specially treated polyester cord that gives the capacity to carry more horsepower. Ultra high strength polyester cords assure fatigue resistance and length stability. Each cord is chemically treated to bond to the insulation and compression sections welding all components together for long service life.
* DIMENSIONAL STABILITY :
Superior dimensional stability is built into V-belts. They are matched and stay matched throughout their service life. They are designed to absorb belt stretch problems and constant flexing fatigue.
* LONGER BELT LIFE :
The balanced combination and superior bonding of premium belt components give superior resistance to shock load.
