Not less than 98.0% and not more than 100.5% of calcium carbonate, calculated on the dried basis.
Acid-Insoluble Substances:

Not more than 0.2% to ensure the chalk powder is free from insoluble impurities like silica.
Heavy Metals:

Not more than 10 ppm of heavy metals, in compliance with BP regulations for safety and purity.
Arsenic:

Not more than 2 ppm (parts per million) of arsenic.
Loss on Drying:
