Chain Pack Machine

This machine is unique, Start-Stop, intermitted motion machine, twin track with 8 filling heads on each track. The conveyor is fitted with aluminium cassette/puck which is ideally used for holding the containers firmly. The complete machine is linear motion left to right direction machine with 8 stations sequence as follows:

1.Containers loading
2.Containers loading
3.Missing container loading
4.Filling station
5.Filled container visual inspection
6.Container cap pre folding
7.Containers cap folding/ sealing
8.Ejection

The operation need to manually put the containers inside the pucks with the cap (which is attached) in the specific position. Once the containers are placed inside the pucks, the machine will transfer them through the above sequences simultaneously in two tracks.
