Cfl Tube Bending Machine - Horizontal U-shape Tube Bender, Synchronous Heating & Temperature-controlled Forming Mold For Smooth Surface

This horizontal machine is specially designed for bending and molding a straight glass tube into a U-shape tube. Mainly driven by a barrel cam, the machine can move transversely to heata rotate and shift the glass tube. Tubes to be fed in form the cutting machine will be sent into the heating device. At the former part of heating, the tube will be moved transversely in order to make the pre-heating uniformed. At the latter part, as the tube is bent only on one side, so the tube will not move transversely in order to let the tube to be heated just on the bending side. The bending is proceeded sectionally with synchronous heating, making the bottom part of the tube to be much ticker. The forming mold is applied temperature controlled in order to make the surface of the tube to be smoother.
