Ceramic Shot Blasting Media

Ceramic Shot Blasting Media are a spherical blasting and peening media produced by electro-fusion process at a very high temperature. Ceramic shot blasting Beads are extremely tough and fracture resistant, ensuring consistent peening intensities and surface finishes. Ceramic Beads are available in two grades, one designed for impact surface treatment and the other for shot peening applications.A variety of sizes are available for finishing, peening, deburring, cleaning and descaling ferrous and non ferrous parts.

A Removal of carbon deposits and other impurities from glass making and ubber tire moulds, without damaging the surface or critical edges.
