Ceramic Lined Cyclone

Hofmann Engineers offers a full range of Ceramic Lined Cyclones in sizes ranging from 100 mm to 1000 mm and in various materials of construction for highly wear prone applications. Ceramic Lined Cyclones provide exceptional wear resistant property and are used in highly wear prone areas like apex, cone, vertex finder, etc., in industries like coal production, power generation, mineral processing and many other applications. The entire cyclone is lined with a ceramic liner. The company has various types of ceramic materials to offer against wear.

Ceratuff-CN-178 contains silicone nitride bonded silicone carbide having highest wear- and temperature resistance properties. It offers cost economy for smaller size of cyclones and smaller sizes of complicated parts.

CERATUFF-92: Lining is done with high alumina material with high wear resistance properties. It is used when lining larger size of cyclones.
