Ceramic Fibre Rope
Product Description: The Ceramic fibre braided Round & Square rope are manufactured from superior quality Ceramic fibre yarn, braided cover on cover to form a solid packing. It is suitable for caulking and general thermal insulation application, with properties of low thermal conductivity. The yarn is reinforced with ASTM grade E-Glass Filament & can withstand very high temperature. This packing is available in various sizes from 6mm to 100mm or above on request.
The Ceramic Fibre Rope is also available in two other variants, namely, HITECH Style CP-2000G and HITECH Style CP-2000V.

HITECH Style CP-2000G is Ceramic Fibre Rope Impregnated with Graphite to enhance heat dissipation capacity, thus increasing the thermal resistance of the rope.

HITECH Style CP-2000V is Ceramic Fibre Rope Impregnated with a temperature resistant mineral emulsion that acts as an excellent binder & is flame retardant, thus increasing the thermal & flame resistance capability of the rope.
Applications: Superior replacement to Asbestos packing, static/door seals in boilers, stoves, ovens, reformers, chemical/glass/coke furnaces, kiln cars seals, expansion joints in buildings & industries, radiant tube packing for heat treat furnaces, seals for boiler sections, heat exchangers & thermocouple tubes, dummy bar seals, insulation of pipelines, vessel etc.
