For heating any cylindrical dies or surface pipe line in short for all round shape.

Construction : Ceramic band heaters are specially designed & engineered to meet the ever increasing demand for energy conservation & to improve operation efficiency. Are capable of generating the higher temperature to process today's high temperature resins.
Electrical energy savings are achieved by 1/8" thick ceramic fiber insulating blanket, reducing power consumption.
It is sheathed in stainless steel sheet. Ceramic band heaters transmit heat through both conduction & radiation. The element winding is designed to run at maximum temperature & heat the ceramic beads to the point.
Heater's diameter & width vary according to requirement (As per custome design) Minimum 25mm dia to maximum in any size. Minimum 20 mm wide to maximum as many as provided.
Working Temperature : Applicable up to 600 C
