JASH Cast Iron Angle Plate provides a practical means for clamping and holding work in the vertical position for layout, tooling and machining. Angle Plates are also used as a vertical reference for inspection and tooling purposes. They make an ideal fixture for shaping, planing, milling, grinding, drilling and boring operations.

Salient Features:
Made generally as per IS:2554, JASH Standard Angle Plates are webbed and provided with cored slots on both working faces to facilities clamping.
Made from close-grained plain cast iron conforming to Grade FG : 220 of IS : 210.
Castings stress relieved.
Smaller sizes offered with Grades 1 & 2 accuracy and larger sizes offered in Grade 2 accuracy, as stated in table.
Hand scraped surface finish for Grade-1 accuracy. Smooth machined / rough ground / rough scraped Surface finish for Grade 2 accuracy.
Precision Angle Plates in standard sizes with accuracy as per IS : 6973, but made from the same patterns as those for the standard sizes as per IS : 2554, are made upon request.
