This Case Erector / Bottom Sealer is an operator-friendly machine with simple touch-screen controls and an easy-to-refill large-capacity case magazine. The machine has a heavy-gauge reinforced-steel frame for maximum strength and durability. A continuous-motion main drive with sealed bearing linkage offers high-speed performance.
'Floating' case-feed grippers run independently to ensure reliable feed from uneven stacks. Vacuum cups hold the case securely from below as the vacuum cup on the opening arm pulls the case open. This combined action 'flattens' the case to compensate for warped cases.
A walking-beam case drive squares the case during transfer. The compression mandel has squaring lugs to square the case during adhesive sealing.
