Insurance Tips
There are two type of insurance:
1. (a) Transit Insurance by insurance company:- Under this insurance you can claim on insurance company in case of vehicle accident or theft or Fire in route.
(b) In case of above three incidents you require one FIR copy and photograph of incident or other proof, this will be provided by the packers or transporters or lorry owner.
(c) Charges are Rs. 350/- to 500/- for per Lakh value of your material.
2. (a) FOV risk(Freight on value/Carrier risk/all risk):- Charges for this risk is Rs.3000 for goods value of Rs. 1,00,000 /-.
(b) Under this risk policy, packers or transporter will be responsible for any incident/transit damage/water damage/breakage/etc.
