Can Conveyor - Ss/ms Construction, 40 Litres Capacity | Powered Chain & Roller Systems For Efficient Milk Transport

Can conveyor is 40 litres capacity filled milk from reception dock up to the weigh bowl. Also empty clean milk can from can washer to the reception dock. Powered Chain Conveyor: For cans filled with milk and empty cans after washing. Roller Conveyor: For cans filled with sour milk. Length and slop of conveyors varies depending up on the layout of dairies. Drive unit and indigenous developed MS chain MICC 600 (KLS 65) types with sprockets ensures smooth movement of cans up to the can tipping height w/o any kind of jerk or milk spoilage from cans. The incoming conveyor (loading) and outgoing conveyor (unloading) are two types conveyor of powered chain conveyors. Incoming Conveyor: The incoming powered conveyor is used to carry all filled cans from the edge of the reception dock to the tipping bar in a stable manner. It uses double row type carrying chain.
Outgoing Conveyor: The outgoing powered conveyor is used to return the washed cans from the can washer to the edge of the dock. It uses single row type carrying chain. Roller Conveyor: A separate roller conveyor is used to transport cans filled with sour milk manually up to the tipping station. Sufficient number of adjustable ball feet.
