Cable Recycling Plants

Cable Recycling Plant(WCW-006) is based on the advanced and reasonable mechanism process that can separate the copper and plastic of cable and wire. The final output product of this process is copper without any plastic inside and plastic without any copper inside. This process is an eco-friendly method instead of some polluted way that is based on burning and chemical processing. This whole set equipment is also applicable for waste battery, waste plastic recycle processing with the highly recognition by government and clients from all over the world.

The whole set equipment consists of Belt conveyor, Intelligent Crusher, Copper Granule Crusher, Separation Jump Bed, Stainless Gyral Slot for Plastic Deposition, Collection Pool , Feeding Screw Machine and so on.

The daily processing capacity for waste cable & wire raw material is 6 Ton based on 8 hours working time.
