Minimum use of Electricity : BROAD chillers, not powered by electricity, possess the advantage of better load factor that reduces the summer on-peak electricity consumption. In the past few years, BROAD chillers actually had saved the investment on low efficient electrical infrastructure of over 7.2 billion U.S. dollars, which equal to the construction cost of over 20 power stations of 300 MW.
