Brick/block Making Machine

Brick/Block Making Machine is controlled by PLC system. By operating its computer interface, the random signal analysis, fault diagnosis and parameter setting-up of all kinds of materials can be achieved easily.
The material stock hopper and the material feeding hopper are separated, to each other, for the purpose of quantitative feed of materials, which can effectively control some concrete ahead of liquefied and reduce the feeding time.
Trailing feeding system adopt the multi-stirring fork, the mould case can slosh before and after quickly, in order to put the materials full the bottom of the mould case fast.
Hydraulic Components are fully used the Seiki components that are produced in Taiwan. This can usefully guarantee the reliability and stability of machinery long-term work, reduce the maintenance failure rate.
