a Two types: spiral climbing type and lifting type
a Working principle: PET bottles are conveyed to bottle storing hopper of elevator by bottle silo or workers, elevated into the silo of bottle unscrambler by belt, and lined up in tangential direction along rotary barrel via continuous sliding of fixed cone bottom. There is bottle lifting device at tangential direction of rotary barrel, controlled by cam system inside of the device. It twirls around vertical curve, driven by motor inside of machine.
a Upper bottle pocket is fixed outside of rotary barrel. Bottles are conveyed to upper of rotary barrel by bottle lifting device, and then roll into upper bottle pocket due to inertia. One bottle distance shift will occur by differential speed drive of upper and lower bottle pocket with fixed angle movement, so there is an empty lower bottle pocket aiming at upper bottle pocket all the time. Bottles at discharge outlet are sent to air conveyor or bottle conveyor by star wheel.
