We are engaged in exporting, manufacturing and supplying of Boring and Facing Head in New Delhi, Delhi, India. Facing Heads FH series are studied and realized to be applied on CNC machine tool. Prearranged to work with a controlled U axis to obtain high performance machining operations as: outer and inner facing, back facing, boring, cylindrical and conical threading and any kind of machining through the interpolation with the other axes of the machine tool.
Facing Heads FH series can be manually or automatically installed on any kind of machine tool more frequently on boring machines, machining centres, vertical lathes or special machines.
Available in three different dimensions, FH540-FH640-FH800, main technical features are:
reduced ratio 4:1 to be applied also on machine tools with low spindle torque
direct measuring system on moving axis ensuring high accuracy
slide movement with motor and ball screws directly built in rotating part
slide clamping to increase accuracy during finishing operations
