Boiler Aid

Goal

Reduce the accumulation of fire deposits on metal surfaces, that reduces the conduction of heat (as little as 1mm thick deposition can result in about 2% loss of efficiency) and also to take care of the corrosion there by maintaining the condition of the boiler to the level of clean and working efficiently. It also prevents slag build up on the fireside.

Dosages

• Standard dose is generally 100 to 300 gms / Ton of fuel to be feed at least once in every 8 hours, preferably 2 hours before soot blowing. However the dose may vary depending upon severity of the problem.

• The Insta Fire Aid a 504, is a proprietary mixture of speciality additives along with a catalyst for boilers.
