ADD PLAST has developed a compound called ADD FLEX which increase various qualities drastically in blown film bags made out of HM-HDPE,LDPE,LLDPE and various polymers which smoothness process of making blown film bags along with cost reduction This Compound works as a modifier, processing-aid and excellent bonding agent to enhance the following properties.

1. Increases strength of blown film bags.

2. Helps in increasing calcium, carbonates (Filler) master batch dosage.

3. ADD FLEX can be used in recycle Polymer for polymeric stability, which results in better processing.

4. It regains gloss and luster which gets reduced by calcium carbonate master batch.

5. Increases sealing properties.

6. Reduces powder formation from the surface of the film.

7. Increases the life of the screw and barrel.

8. Smoothness the manufacturing process.

9. Increases output of the plant.

10. Dosage of white master batch is reduced by using ADD FLEX.

11. Eliminates slippage problem in extruder.

12. Reduces cost of bags.

13. Available in granule form for easy handling.

Dosage :

1 Kg(4%) of ADD FLEX is to be added in one bag of polymer (25 Kgs) keeping the uasual formulations unchanged.
