Block Making Machines
The AMEthyst 1500 HS model is used for the stationary manufacture of concrete products on production boards. The machine is fitted as standard with a silo for coarse concrete and face concrete. The production boards are transported in a lengthwise direction to the machine. The entire coarse concrete and face concrete filling unit is height-adjustable. It is located above the vibration table. The vibration table itself is decoupled from the machine. This prevents vibrations being transmitted to the machine.

- Compact machine design. The entire filling unit is raised when changing the mould
- Extremely robust frame structure
- Vibration unit independent of frame. Any vibrations are not transmitted through to the main frame. This prevents pre-compression in the pre-silo and filling box.
- Wide spacing of guide columns. This ensures precise guidance of the mould and stamp lift thereby increasing product accuracy and the service life of the machine.
- Robust hydraulics with storage system for low-wearing operation.
- AME vibration system with 8 servo - axles for adjustable amplitude and speed
- (max. 430 kN vibration force).
- Anvil fillet with continuously variable height adjustment.
- The main hydraulic functions are equipped with proportional valves. This permits the precise adjustment of positions and speeds.
- The compact machine design results in shorter hydraulic lines.
- The pre-silos are equipped with a dual cutting flap. Both may be operated and adjusted independently. This permits precise filling of the filling box, which is an advantage when using e.g. multi-coloured face concrete.
