These Block Forming Machine QT4-15 have made update design and high request because of new request of compressive strength of block (bearing compressive strength should be a 10MPA),while the traditional materials casting hard to put materials within rib width 10-20mm of moulding chamber.
Jouyu adopts the forced materials carting system in the materials cart which can avoid materials bed sintering effectively and can force materials cast onto each part of mould frame equality and control error of the strength of each pallet withinA 2% .
Jouyu Adopt the unique vibration system and use the computer control the flow and press completes vertical vibration synchronization and inverter braking. When using excess pressure oil ,transfer it to vibration strike force. It can basically eliminate the vibration energy consumption.
Use the horizontal vibration and forming device and lock the die box to the vibration bench by demoulding oil cylinder to reach the result of table and mould vibration working synchronously and can do random vibration adjustment according to products request.
It can make concrete fully liquefaction witin 2-3 seconds by table and mould vibration synchronously and achieve high density and strength of exhaust.Machine can be multifunctional used.
