This machine is built on two strongly fabricated pillars connected by trusses. Each pillar is carrying blade holder unit which are connected together by steel tube useful for giving hydraulic tension to the blade. The up and down motion is given by separate drive unit for rapid as well as auto-feed by two separate motor interconnected by reduction unit through electro magnetic clutch.;Fixed bench trolley size 3000 x 3000 mm electrically operated through reduction unit is also supplied along with machine. Centrally lubrication system is provided for every lubrication point. All operations are controlled from electric control centre which consists of :

Automatically cut-off all contracts in case of water failure of blade tension is lost. Auto Sensor is provided to maintain constant tension for perfect cut on marble. Variac is provided to adjust the feed rate according to hardness of stone.
