Bi-metal Casting

Capacity: Single piece up to 1 ton rough casting We are engaged in fabricating Bi-metal casting which is known for its effectual functioning among our valued clients. This technology of Bi- metal casting has been developed and patented by the William H. Miller, president of Miller Centrifugal Casting Company. In this process the two alloys are poured and centrifugally casted into the one metallurgically bonded gear blank. The gear teeth are cut and are composed of tin bronze of the outer rim of the blank. In the manganese bronze, the inner portion where the shaft is keyed, splined in an iron spider bolted. It permits the two different metals to combine in one gear while maintaining the advantage given by the constituent alloys. Furthermore, it can be easily modified in compliance with client requirement and is delivered within stipulated time frame. Our Manufacturing Capacity Upto 1 Ton With Single Pieces.
