High Power Energy Efficient new EP series Standard Helical Parallel Shaft and Bevel Helical Right Angle Shaft hardened and flank ground Gear Units. Gear units are available in Single, Double, Triple & Quadruple stages.

Salient Features:-

Housings are made of closed grain cast iron (FG 260).
Stress relieved and Shot blasted M.S Fabricated housings are used for customized and larger sizes.
Gears are carburized, hardened, tempered and flank ground for maximum gear efficiency.
Additional cooling devices like fan cooling, cooling coil, and external heat exchanger are provided as per thermal power limitation.
Hold Back, Shrink Disc incorporation as per customer requirement.
Option of Vertical Upwards or Downward position of Output shaft in Bevel Helical Gear Unit.
