Betacap30

These BetaCAP30 is a gas divider with 30 identical capillaries designed to provide 30 different gas concentrations from one gas mixture and a diluting gas. Dilution rates are spaced 3.33% in the range 0...100%. It's used to test the linearity of gas analyzers and gas chromatographs.
All the main components (30 glass capillaries, 6 solenoid valves and 3 pressure sensors) are mounted in/on a two shells manifold made by PVDF : this construction and the high accuracy in capillaries matching are the key for the high performances of this gas diluter.
Microprocessor Electronics with high resolution analog signals acquisition (Input/output pressures and gas analyzer measuring signals) do help in user confidence and fiendness.
With 30 dilution ratios steps it's possible to use test gases with concentration much higher than the analyzer measuring range keeping till available enough dilution steps for the linearity test.
