Working Principle of Belt Conveyor
The belt conveyor is composed of two rollers at the two endpoints and the belt wrapped on the rollers tightly. One of the rollers is drive roller, while the other one is direction roller that can change the delivery dirction. The drive roller is driven by motor and reducer, and the conveyor blet moves rely on friction between the drive roller and the conveyor belt. Drive rollers are generally mounted at the discharge end to increase the traction.
