Beam Type Lime Kiln

We manufacture Beam type lime kiln which is one of our main products, it is the new generation of Terruzzi Fercalx Vertical Lime Kiln. Based on summarizing the domestic kilns operation, we have further improved and optimized the combustion technology by combining of three patens of ridge type burner beam, burner-beams reversed layout lime calcining process, as well as the flame less combustion technology. This type kiln structure is simple and less special-shaped refractory brick. Relatively to other kilns, it is simple masonry, convenient construction; low heat consumption, high activity, low rate of under-burnt and over-burnt, strong fuel adaptability, simple equipment, low operation failure rate, high operating flexibility, small occupation area, less investment, and high performance cost ratio.
Performance
Daily output: 100 tons to 500 tons, the flexibility arrange: 60%-110%
Limestone size: 30-60mm or 40-80mm, (large, small granularity ratio 1: 2)
Fuel: natural gas, coal, calcium carbide furnace gas, coke oven gas, mixed gas, blast furnace gas (calorific value a Y650 kcal / m3) or mixed fuel of pulverized coal and coal gas.
Heat consumption: between 900~960kcal/kg lime
power consumption: 25Kwh/t lime
Lime quality: the activity a Y320-380, the rate of under-burnt and over-burnta 8%
