Prof. P N Behl, (MB; FRCP (Edin.); FICA; FIMAS) occupied a distinguished position among the leading physicians in India, and was a world renowned dermatologist and specialist in cutaneous surgery. Behl Foundation, which is dedicated to helping the needy. He was also President, Leprosy Rehabilitation Society, Bethany Village, Haryana. He visited the U.S., U.S.S.R., Europe, China and the Far East and delivered lectures at various universities and scientific centres.
