A well fabricated tiltable powder-hopper takes less time for color change and well designed powder pump gives a good control on powder output.
A fold back characteristics maintain proper electrostatic field helping to eliminate Faraday cage effect resulting in coverage on corners and intrinsic areas.
Safety:
Any earth disconnection to the gun will make failure of triggering and there by no H.V. generation resulting in complete safety of the operator.
