Basket Mill is comprising of grinding & mixing chamber made of cylindrical shall (Jacked and Non Jacketed) with perforated/screened bottam end and open or screeed/perforated top cover. The product is circulated by pumping/dispersing impeller positioned on mill shaft under grinding chamber(and/or above grinding chember) sucks the product through the grinding zone filled with small grinding media. The grinding media is accelerated by wear resistance grinding discs in grinding chamber. Basket mill is submersible milling machine allows to change materials and process than all in one tank and one simple operation. The Basket mill allows a greater amount of material to flow through the grinding chamber more often resulting in narrower particle size distribution and stronger pigment strength in a shorter time.
