Our range of Bacteria-Removing Filter Sheets are made from fine and pure plantsa fibers and other filter assistants (food grade). It is also applied in the plate-and-frame fine filtering press. (it is an indispensable affiliated accessory to the plate-and-frame fine filtering press). All the materials and filter aids to make the product, its production management and quality control are up to food grade. It is specially used for the final filtration of beer, gelatin and oral health-care dietetic liquid products (= oral liquid products for health carei etc.
Our latest designed Bacteria-Removing Filter Sheets has its special inner adsorptive filtration structures of three-dimensional-space, and one such square meter FDFS can form thousands of square meters of inner filtration space. It has 3 functions --- better sieving, huge depth space and electrostatic adsorptivity. Therefore, when fluid passes through such FDFS that has a millipore volume as high as 75%, all the tiny solids and microbes can be retained or blocked under the adsorption of the PDFSa positive electric charges. So, it has an ideal capacity to retain and hold up the precipitate /residues because of its lower resistance, stronger filtration, better adsorption. What is more, it has longer durability.
