Automotic Chapati Making Machine

Semi Automatic Chapati Making Machine are made to set the thermostatic control at certain amount of temperature which is fitted with the machine. After getting desired temperature, the thermostatic controls will be cutting out the power supply. These put dough into peach-size balls at mechanical device of machine. These are also necessary to convey between two non-stick plates. Eccentric will get pressed and thus the lower plate came closest to top plate will make the dough in desired size. The half cooked chapati mechanically move from pressing plate to cooking oven. After pressing chapati the it moves through three pass (one for first side cooking, 2nd for second side preparation 3rd for huffing of the chapati) oven at appropriate temperature. After the baking completion, these are ready to serve in the market. Semi Automatic Chapati Making Machine are rendered with heavy duty ribbon gas burners having three layer, one number for puffing steel slotted conveyor loop and other two numbers for roasting chapati on both side. The products are offered with 2 HP electric motor.
