In this machine we provide air conveyor system for empty bottle loading in rinsing rotter, use of air conveyor you can fill any shape and any weight of bottle in filling machine like 200ml,300ml,500ml,1 litera s and 2 litera s bottle. No need of change parts for this system. Automatic rinsing system rinse bottle proper rinse as per international standard, automatic filling system fill product in bottle with high speed and less spoilage. Automatic capping system screwing the cap with proper torque and require speed. After rinsing filling and capping operation water will be come from out feed conveyor for other process like sleeve labeling. Bottle pass from this conveyor to shrink tunnel. This is a main operation of water bottle filling machine. We have good capacity machine with very energy saving model.
