These Automatic Vertical Packing Machine is a new product developed by our company. It integrates bag making, filling, sealing, printing and countering into one. Its PLC control components all adopt international famous brand products, thus, it has reliable performance. The packaged material can be ultrafine powder, powder material, flaky material, noodle, jam etc. There are available many types of bags, pillow bag, folded bag, self-standing bag, which can be punched with handheld hole and tear notch, antifake mark etc. It also has the following new features:
1. Transverse sealing mechanism adopts servomotor drive with fast speed, adjustable sealing pressure, stable seal and low noise.
2. The film pulling mechanism adopts servomotor drive with stable, reliable and accurate pulling and long service life.
3. The film release mechanism adopts film release with the aid of outer wheel, the film release is not affected by the outer iameter of the packaging material, thus is stable and reliable.
