These motorised lubrication units are single/three phase electrically operated. These automatic lubrication system units are designed to run intermittently and best suited for single shot lubrication. These units are provided with electric motor, reservoir (3 ltrs. To 100 Itrs.) oil filler, suction strainer, pressure switch, pressure relife valve, bleed valve etc. During on time (normally 5 sec.) of electric motor, pump coupled with the motor discharge oil under pressure, immediately after unit is switched off, oil pressure is brought down to approx. 1 Kg/cm2 with the help of pressure reducing valve. Float switch is incorporated in the reservoir is meant for sensing oil level becomes critical may be used as warning for topping up the resevoir with oil. For mounting this automatic lubrication system unit on machine, four holes are provided on the back side of the unit.
