We manufacture, export and supply Automatic Bottle Filling Machine to our customers in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

It works on the basic principle of to fill the liquid in the bottle and seal the cap. This model consists of Filling and Cap Sealing devices on the same top plate. Filling Head and Capping Head mounted on top plate of the machine. Filling head consisting 8 syringes mounted on the center tank and pistons stroke is set by synchronized system which works up-down position. During the down position it delivers the liquid into the bottle and during the up position it sucks liquid from the tank. The syringes have separate valve which is operated by sensor. The sensor senses the bottle and operates the pneumatic piston and operates the valve. If bottle is not found, piston will not operate.

The Sealing Head and hold the bottle during the sealing operation. On completion of the sealing operation, center star plate transfer the bottle to the out feed star wheel and it transfers it on conveyor for further operation.

The output speed is increased/decreased by A.C. Frequency drive. The sealing pressure can be adjusted spring tension. Cap feeding operation is done by Cap Orientation located on the head of the machine from the Chute. During the course of transfer the bottle from infeed starwheel to center starplate to pick the cap from Chute.
