Automatic Generator Starter

We offer automatic generator starter. The Micro controller based automatic start cum stop unit is designed to suit the necessary requirements of customer. Unit is available from 5 kva to 600 kva. Unit is suitable for the all types of generators. Functions Diesel engine starts automatically after the absence of main supply in 5 sec. Four more starting impulses if the gen. set does not start in first stroke. Diesel engine set stops automatically after the resumption of main supply with a delay time of 30 seconds. The equipment can be operated in both Auto and Manual mode according to desired output from a unlimited distance with a wired remote provided with the unit. The generator can also be started manually by remote in manual mode. Generator can be stopped any time either in the absence of mains in manual mode. Working of Buttons: Manual Start push is used to start the generator manual in manual mode. Mains on switch is used to stop the generator automatically during the presence of mains. Auto/Manual selection switch is used to change the working status of unit. Manual Stop push has 2 types of working. 1. To stop the engine manually when the unit is in manual mode. 2. To reset the unit in case of fail to start condition. Working of Remote To change the auto/manual mode. To start and stop the generator manually. Note: When the unit is in manual mode the generator will stop automatically after the resumption of main supply.
