The Reva Automatic Cap Sealing Machine is precision built on sturdy welded steel frame completely enclose in stainless steel sheet and doors are provided to facilitate the servicing of machine.
OPERATION:
The filled bottles moving on conveyor belt are picked up by star wheel one by one. The star wheel brings the bottle below the sealing/capping head in the subsequent indexing port. In the mean time the bottle picks up a cap from the delivery chute of cap orientation unit. The synchronized sealing/capping head comes down on the temporarily stationary bottle where threading and sealing/capping operations are performed. Simultaneously afterwards the sealing/capping head moves upward and the sealed bottle is indexed out conveyor belt. The sealed bottle is now ready for further operations.

Specially designed hopper is provided for more storage capacity, deliver cap to delivery chute with correct position that ensures the perfect position of the cap at the end of delivery chute.

The capping head rotate along with the main turret and perform the capping operation.
