Automatic Blister Card Packing Machine
Description of operation:
1) This machine is for forming blister from PVC/ PE/PP. After forming of blister according to our requirement we can have various design.
2) We have to put product manually or we can also keep and arrangement for auto feeding of product in to the blister.3)After placing the product into the blister it will get separated as single blister which will be treated as individual product ( E.g two battery cell into one blister.
4) Next station is placing the card onto the separated blisters and then it will move to the next station of sealing the card onto the blister.
Main Characteristics:
1) Cold punch forming moulds makes blister stiff and uniform.
2)Human-machine interface, PLC control, variable frequency drive for regulating the speed as per our requirement.
3)Best feeding system with multi-stage vibrator and pipline baiting provided in the machine. Position checking of tablets.
