Automatic Airject Vacuum Cleaning Machine

We hold expertise in manufacturing and supplying a wide range of Automatic Airject Vacuum Cleaning Machine which comprises six nozzles for vacuum cleaning along with Infeed & Outfeed System. Available in single or two track models, these provide an output speed of 60 to 100 bottles per minutes. Further, for over load clutch is also offered to prevent jamming on machine. These are widely used in varied applications like Pharmaceuticals, Dairy, Food and Beverages.

Operation:

Containers are placed in straight position on a un-scrambler and also fed to feed worm where these are automatically modified. The star wheel automatically feed the container through a chamber which is under negative pressure. Besides, a sequence of nozzles blow air in the container at a very high pressure. The dust is further collected in the bottom hopper, where again it is exhausted by using an exhaust fan. Then again it is inverted and then comes our duty cleaned in straight position for next operation.
