We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying excellent quality Auto Coiler Machine to our valuable clients. It is fully automatically controlled with PLC and driven by 5 HP AC motor. Counter pulley and pneumatic break is also provided to get the desired length of wire. Traverse unit is fixed to wind layer winding along with this double safety measures are provided as proximity and limit switches. For easy operation human machine interface (H.M.I) is also provided on control box. Pneumatic disc break used for fast breaking to get high accuracy. Double pneumatic moving arm is given for fast coil shifting.

1. Pay-off bobbin size 630 mm DIN, 480 mm width, pintle 56mm to 127mm dia. or as per customer requirement.
2. Traverse 30mm to 125mm
3. Wire size 0.75 sq. mm to 6 sq. mm.
4. Machine speed 2 coile p/m 90 meters
5. AC Drive used for coiler 3 HP, Pay-off 5 HP, 1 hp traverse Total Load 9 HP, 440 Volt AC, 50 Hz.
6. Coiling Speed 120 coil per hour approx for 90 meter Length at ideal condition.
7. Attached PLC and HMI (Touch Screen) for automatic operations, touch screen display line speed, fault of machine, length of coil, no. of coils and also preset length of coil.
