3 stage feeding system by duel shutter operation in feeding device, self-aligned bearing at both arms of shutters.
Off-centered filling beam of material through the angular hopper to eliminate the impact force of material for better and consistence accuracy.
Bearings in weighing pan flap operation and bag clamping arm operation, bag holder with 'X'- wise clamping arms arrangement for better performance.
Weigh by 2 nos. share force type, high sensitive, SS hermetically sealed, 6-wire circuitry, current balance load-cell.
Microprocessor based high performance batch controller with bright display of 20mm. height with 2 X 5 dot matrix for scale status and counter with totalizer.
