The operation is fully automatic and relatively maintenance free. sigma auto air dehydrator consists of a monoblock oilless air compressor, an automatic self-reactivating dehydrator (sigma heatless air dryer, dual absorber type), an air storage tank, manifold equipped with plastic body rotameters to distribute the dry air to 8 separate points, necessary gauges and controls (humidity alarm, compressor failure alarm, low & high pressure alarms) to ensure the delivery of dry air at appropriate pressure and humidity. the air dehydrator is dual adsorber type, thus the adsorption and reactivation of each column is done in alternate cycle which makes the desiccant alive after each saturation.
